F.A.Q.

1.  What does "F.A.Q." stand for?

"Frequently Asked Questions."

2.  Is it true that there's no such thing as a stupid question?

Absolutely not.  If that were the case, it would not be necessary to have this page.

3.  I use Netscape and your page sometimes doesn't load correctly, or some of the words appeared jumbled.

Blame Netscape.  For some reason the bozos that created Netscape purposely made it incompatible with many of the Microsoft Front Page special effects that we use.

4.  Your site doesn't fit on my browser.  I have to scroll back and forth to see the left and right side of the page.  How come?

Your "screen area" should be set for 800 x 600 pixels.  That's the most common setting for people that hit this site, and it seems to work best for most applications we use (both Microsoft and Corel).  If you don't know how to make that simple adjustment, consult a geek.

5.  My computer sometimes locks up on your site...why?

You are most likely using AOL.  AOL hates anything that they don't own and charge for.  There are occasional incompatibilities between AOL web browsers and a banner ad that our agency places on the page.  There isn't really much we can do about it unless we find out EXACTLY which ad is causing the problem.

6.  Who are you people, and how did this site start?
