General Manager and Co-Founder

Managed many aspects of business including sales, purchasing, administration and information systems.

·         Increased sales from $323,000 in 1993 to $5.7 Million in 2001.

·         Reduced costs by consolidating two distribution facilities.  Designed, negotiated contracts, and oversaw construction of company’s new facility.

·         Directly trained or oversaw training of all employees.

·         Added product lines, increased drop sizes, and eliminated non-profit accounts.

·         Initiated, installed and managed new computer systems including Roadnet, Eagle, and Shop At.
