1         Established good work team ethics, to get trade spend deductions down from 4.5 million dollar balance to an annual $300,000.00 balance.

2         Designed and implemented a Broker Pay Sample policy, which ultimately resulted in a savings of an estimated $950,000 dollars in unauthorized deductions and duplicate payments.

ConAgra Poultry was a Georgia based poultry company with sales of $2.4 Billion with 19 US plants that was purchased by Pilgrims Pride of Texas with the combined sales of $5 Billion

 

1         Overall supervisory / managerial responsibility for Sales Operations Support group

2         Division sales manager administration and analytical support, including budget development, oversight, reconciliation, and expense control and classification.

3         Analytical support for VP of Foodservice Sales, National Sales Manager, Sr. Business Analyst, Corporate Account Managers and Foodservice Marketing

4         Coordination of weekly and monthly trade spend analysis and reporting to senior management and field sales (managers and third-party brokers)·

5         Develop and maintain reports and presentations for Division sales reviews and in-house sales presentations to management.

6         Work with sales managers to assure proper communication of trade agreements and deviated pricing contracts so that trade funds can be managed accordingly. 

7         Field trade analysis and spending / budget review and reconciliation, including trade spend forecasting for accounting.

8         Secondary direct ConAgra/Pilgrim’s Pride contact for primary corporate accounts and major Buying Group merchandising agents.

9         Audit expense assignment between regions / divisions to assure proper accounting throughout the year and by fiscal year end.

10     Prepare sales reporting, assisting Regional and Divisional Managers, and coordinate Corporate Accounts and Buying Group shows. Attendance of food shows if extra attendance is required or in absence of Regional Managers.

11     Assist in the development and implementation of sales plans, budgeting, and new products for Corporate Accounts and Buying Group Managers.

12     Attend various at-large Division sales functions periodically (travel limited to 20% or less), including Buying Group food shows and member meetings; coordinate product cuttings with Buying Groups.

13     Special research & analysis projects as requested; example:(Comparative contract analysis across entire poultry Duluth)

14     Interaction with, and handling of projects with diverse groups within poultry.

15     Project Manager of systems integration or special projects as requested.

Matsushita Electric better know as “Panasonic” is widely known for many fine electronic products. Panasonic Office Document Systems is number 2 in the ranking of copier, fax & printers.

 

1        Responsible for five territories in the Atlanta area. 

2        Duties included servicing existing accounts, creating a market for new accounts, telemarketing and customer service, needs analysis for customers, developing proposals, pricing and lease agreements, training and demonstrations of office products. 

3        Utilize Excel, Word and PowerPoint for storing client databases, customer letters and proposals and presentations.

1        Responsible for overall management of studio.  Duties included hiring and training personnel,  photography, sales and computer training.  Heavy emphasis on telephones, customer service and satisfaction. 

2        Responsible for classroom teaching, one-on-one photography and computer training for studio.  Trained and prepared new Studio and District Managers for areas in the U.S.

3        Responsible for the day-to-day operations of 14 studios, over 85 employees.  Supervised personnel, hired new employees, held training classes for new hires.
